Office Space is a cult comedy from Mike Judge.  The movie perfectly encapsulates the monotony of working in a faceless corporation where your efforts go unnoticed and the day to day is all the same.  Some genuinely hilarious moments come to light laced with well developed dialogue.  Above another Youtube  genius (Aksel)  has chopped up parts of the Matrix and spliced them with Office Space scenes, the result is really rather funny, although it would help if you have seen both movies.
