Consistent Disco, Funky House party Music – Loads of it, heaps, mounds, dropped from the God of House Music on to the head and into the brain of DJ Mes. \u00a0Every week it’s like a lotto win at Very funky records \u00a0another hous-er that will fit effortlessly into our sets, maybe they extracted a vile of blood from Mel Cheren<\/a>\u00a0in 2007 before his death and ritually consume tiny drops before each production. \u00a0What ever is going on in Oakland USA \u00a0“the music still be coming bitch”!<\/p>\n

The latest party popper from the Guest House label is ‘So Astounded’, no doubt the vocal sample comes from a seventies diva possibly one of Mel Cheren’s creations. \u00a0If you half listen the opening voice that’s repeated sounds a bit like “Che Guevara” sung over and over, and that makes me laugh out loud as I write this because when Mes, DJ Dan and his other Guest House stalwarts were necking the blood vile of Mel maybe they collectively had a secret Marxist revolutionary agenda… I’m So Astounded!<\/p>\n
